This roadside taco stand is only 4 minutes away from my house yet I've never gone there before. Looks similar to Los Albertos in Hurst (which is really good). Might need to add it to our list of places to try eventually along with Roll Em Up. :P

Pro tip that we just discovered today: you can get a Canva Pro account for free if you use your @tccd.edu email to sign in and say that you're using it for teaching purposes. You can use a lot more of the cooler icons and images with the pro version, so if you wanted to make a fancy- looking flier for your SI sessions, that could be a good tool. I made my flier on the basic version and it looks, uh, *alright* despite having 0 artistic ability. 😂
