I'm assuming you'd be interested in CSB safely videos. They are animations of accidents at factories and refineries across the country caused by chemicals (and typically, negligence as well). There are quite a few videos of well-known accidents such as the Deepwater Horizon oil spill but this one is more directly related to chemicals themselves.
